ÜBYS Became a Successful Project
The “Stakeholder Institution Workshop” for the University Information Management System (ÜBYS), developed by Izmir Kâtip Çelebi University (İKÇÜ), was organized by the Information Technology Department.

The opening of the fifth workshop, hosted by İKÇÜ, was attended by Tolga Balcı, Deputy General Director of Sectors and Public Investments at the Presidency’s Strategy and Budget Office; Prof. Dr. Saffet Köse, Rector of İKÇÜ; Zübeyde Zeren Çakmak, Head of the Cadre Analysis Department at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance; Abdullah Önder Türkoğlu, Head of the Data Management Monitoring and Evaluation Department at the Council of Higher Education (YÖK); M. Raşit Özdaş, Head of the Information and Communication Technologies Department at the Strategy and Budget Office; Mürüvvet Ünal Bayram, Expert at the Presidency’s Digital Transformation Office; Cihan Cenk Çiçek, Expert at the Strategy and Budget Office; Prof. Dr. Yasin Bulduklu, Vice Rector of İKÇÜ; Fatih Tunçez, Head of the Information Technology Department; Ken Xhu, Deputy General Manager of Huawei Cloud Europe; Yiğitcan Kutay Güler, Senior Business Development Manager of Huawei Cloud Turkey; Huawei’s Senior Manager of Cloud Solutions; as well as rectors, vice rectors, general secretaries, heads of information technology departments from UBYS partner universities, and numerous experts.
