Maiden Century - Istanbul Retreat

In September 2023, we had the privilege of organizing an incentive event for Maiden Century, bringing together their employees from the USA and Pakistan for a meticulously planned four-day event in Istanbul, Türkiye. The event aimed to foster team cohesion, encourage brainstorming for future projects, and allow participants to enjoy the vibrant culture and beauty of Istanbul. The schedule included dedicated meetings and brainstorming sessions that provided a structured environment for employees to collaborate on future projects, enhancing team cohesion and fostering innovative ideas. Additionally, participants experienced a classical guided tour of Istanbul’s historical landmarks, offering a deep cultural immersion. A private yacht tour along the Bosporus allowed for breathtaking views and bonding in a unique setting, while an exhilarating sailboard activity promoted teamwork and adventure. This combination of structured meetings and leisure activities created a perfect balance, ensuring that employees not only worked on future projects but also had an unforgettable time in one of the world’s most beautiful cities.
